Spourtiko

Pronounced SPOOR-tee-kohrecorded by Anastasia Konstantopoulou

Spourtiko is best known as the partner vine that lets Maratheftiko set fruit. A few producers now bottle it on its own, and it makes a light, citrus white worth knowing.
